In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to implement and support personalized brain performance plans. You’ll use your exceptional listening, communication, and tech-savvy skills to empower clients to stay motivated, accountable, and on track. No medical or advanced tech background? No problem—we provide comprehensive training.

What You'll Do
- Deliver remote coaching sessions using cutting-edge tools and programs
- Guide clients with empathy, encouragement, and accountability
- Monitor client progress and document sessions via CRM and other software
- Report outages, equipment issues, and track supplement inventory
- Participate in bi-weekly 30-minute team meetings (with CCE training), bi-weekly 45-minute 1-on-1 coaching with Team Lead, and weekly 15-minute all-company sync
- Maintain certification and pursue continuing coach education
- Conduct program demonstrations and client outreach as needed
- Collaborate on team and department projects
- Assist with end-of-month reporting and maintain client documentation
What You'll Bring

- Time management skills—you stay organized and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred experience in coaching, education, or fitness
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus (not required)

We are growing rapidly and looking for a Business Relationship Manager who is passionate about making meaningful connections and driving strategic growth across both public and private sectors.
The Opportunity
As Vitanya’s Business Relationship Manager, you will be the tip of the spear in developing key partnerships, cultivating high-value client relationships, and expanding our footprint nationally. You’ll bring strong sales expertise, a commanding LinkedIn presence, and a history of winning large accounts in both government and private sectors.
What You'll Do
- 3–5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience developing and closing large accounts—government contracts, enterprise clients, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of both government and private sector procurement processes and client dynamics.
- Highly professional LinkedIn presence with a track record of using the platform for prospecting, engagement, and thought leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mission-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and remote collaboration tools.
