The Decade of the Brain.

For the first time in history, humans are being outpaced not physically but cognitively. Artificial intelligence now operates at speeds the brain cannot match, and the challenge that creates is no longer mechanical — it is neurological. Technology will either erode human capacity or amplify it, and which one happens is a decision, not a forecast. The Brain Capitalist makes the case for the second path. Vitanya is how it gets built.

  • Democratize resilience. Neuroscience paired with adaptive AI makes it possible to measure and strengthen resilience at scale — across whole workforces and communities, not only the people who can reach a clinic.
  • Invest in Human Capital. As capital pours into AI, a parallel investment has to go into the science and systems that restore the cognitive and emotional capacity technology is eroding — capacity to cultivate, not cost to manage.
  • Put humans back at the center. The technological revolution has to be met with an equal and opposing force: innovation that restores mental resilience, well-being, and capacity, and returns technology to its original purpose — improving the human condition.
