Grouped by what people actually ask first — the system, running a program, data and privacy, and what this means for an individual.
Brain Capital is the collective cognitive, emotional, and social capacity of your people — the focus, resilience, and judgment behind every decision they make. Like any form of capital, it is created, depleted, protected, and multiplied. The only question is whether anyone in your organization is managing it deliberately.
No. Vitanya is a brain performance company. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and we are not a substitute for care from a qualified provider.
No. The Handset, the Headset and the BrainOn app are performance measurement and session-delivery tools operating within the general-wellness category. They are not diagnostic instruments.
No, and it is not a replacement for one. An EAP connects people to clinical care. Vitanya measures and builds capacity across a whole population, whether or not a person needs assistance.
Yes. Every program runs to a written protocol with defined baselines and instruments, which is what a review board needs to evaluate. We have supported review board processes for cohort work already and can provide protocol documentation, instrument descriptions, and data-handling terms for review.
A single measure of cognitive capacity derived from a participant's own readings over time, expressed so that both the individual and — in aggregate — the organization can see direction of travel. It is a performance measure, not a health score, and it carries no diagnostic meaning.
Every reading is compared to that person's own baseline, not to a population norm or to a colleague. That is deliberate: the useful signal is whether an individual's capacity is trending up or down, not where they rank.
The individual, and no one else. Participants see their own results. Leadership sees aggregate cohort-level trends only.
Cohort-level participation, consistency, and trend against baseline. Not names, not individual scores, not rankings.
We do not sell participant data.
By stating the boundary in the first communication rather than the fine print: individuals see their own results, leadership sees aggregate trends, nothing enters an employment decision, and participation is voluntary. Programs that bury this lose honest participation, which corrupts the data the sponsor is paying for.
Yes — participation is voluntary and consent is part of the scoping phase, which defines data handling, consent, and what will never be reported.
Yes. Program scoping includes data handling as a standing agenda item, and we expect to support vendor risk review as part of enterprise evaluation.
Start with the population, not the platform. Pick a team whose cognitive load is real and whose output is measurable — an on-call rotation, an escalation desk, clinical leadership — and baseline it. The business case is the delta between that team's measured trend and what the same team looked like before, argued against the cost of the rework, error rate, or turnover the sponsor already knows they have.
Not causally, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can do is measure capacity and recovery in the populations where degradation typically precedes attrition, and give you the trend alongside your own retention data. The correlation argument is yours to make with your numbers; ours is the measurement.
Clinical neurofeedback happens in an office, episodically, delivered by a clinician, usually in a treatment frame. Vitanya runs its own proprietary mechanism as a daily performance protocol that works anywhere, with organization-level reporting and no clinical claim. Vitanya’s brain-body signal sessions are individualized, determined by the user’s own brain.
Ten years of continuous delivery across 150+ public and private organizations, including a state-funded program in Arizona delivered to first responders across 100+ agencies, with more than 375,000 sessions delivered under that program alone.
Public-sector and public-safety organizations including the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Phoenix Police and Fire, New Jersey State Police, Dallas Police, Houston Fire, FDNY, and U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal.
Yes. Non-profit partners can access state appropriations and philanthropic funding that a commercial vendor cannot, which has let programs reach populations that would otherwise have no funded path. Vitanya delivers the protocol; the partner holds the community relationship and, in grant-funded cases, the grant.

We have cohorts slated to begin in the fall of 2026.
