This policy explains how Vitanya collects, uses, and protects information on vitanya.com and across the programs we deliver. It covers visitors to this site, individuals enrolled in a Vitanya program, and the organizations that sponsor those programs. By using this website, you consent to this policy and agree to its terms. It applies to our online activities only, not to information collected offline or through channels other than this website.
Where a sponsoring organization has its own agreement with us, that agreement governs the handling of program data and is read together with this policy.
When you request a demo, a capabilities brief, or the book, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, organization, and the nature of your request. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and secure the site.
If you enroll in a Vitanya program, we collect the information needed to deliver it: your baseline and progress measurements, session records, coaching notes, and any wearable data you choose to connect.
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule briefings, send the materials you asked for, deliver and adapt your program, and understand how the site is used.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to operate the site and serve you — hosting, email delivery, and our CRM — each bound to use it only for that purpose.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
This is the part organizations and participants ask about most, so we'll be explicit.
Participants own their individual data. Sponsoring organizations receive aggregate, program-level reporting — participation, progress against baseline, and outcomes across the cohort. An individual's identifiable results are not surfaced to their employer.
Leadership sees the program. It does not see the person.
Always on. vitanya.com uses the technical storage necessary to serve the site, plus a stored record of your cookie choice so we don't ask again on every visit. These are essential and cannot be declined — they are what makes the site work and what remembers that you said no.
Only after you allow them. If you choose “Allow All Cookies” we load two analytics tools. Decline and neither one is loaded at all — not in a disabled state, not deferred; the scripts are never requested.
Microsoft Clarity records how people use the site: which sections are read, where the cursor moves, what gets clicked, and where visitors get stuck. This includes session replay — a reconstruction of a visit that we can watch back. Text you type is masked before it is recorded. Every form on this site is marked so field contents are excluded, which means your name, organization, email, phone number, and anything you write in a message box do not appear in a replay.
Vercel Web Analytics counts pageviews, referrers, and device type in aggregate. It is cookieless and does not identify individuals.
We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site ad trackers, or data-broker tags on this site, and we do not sell or share what these tools collect. We use them to make the site clearer, not to build a profile of you or to retarget you elsewhere.
Changing your mind. Clear this site's storage in your browser and reload the page — the consent bar reappears and you can decline. Your browser's “Do Not Track” or global privacy control settings are also respected where your browser sends them.
None of the above applies to the Vitanya program. Session data from your brain performance program is governed by the sections above and below, not by this website's analytics.
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to serve the relationship, and program records for as long as needed to deliver and report on your program. We delete or anonymize records on request.
To access, correct, export, or delete information you've submitted, email info@vitanya.com and we will respond promptly. If you are enrolled through an organization, we will coordinate with that organization where the request affects program records.
Depending on where you live, you are entitled to some or all of the following rights. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details below; we will respond within one month.
Under the GDPR, every user is entitled to:

The site is served over encrypted connections. Submissions are validated and processed server-side. Access to inquiry and program data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you or deliver your program.
vitanya.com is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. Where a Vitanya program serves minors, it does so under a separate agreement with the sponsoring organization that governs consent and data handling.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes affecting program data will also be communicated to sponsoring organizations directly.
